Made-to-Order & Backorder Notice

All products are made to order.

  • Please allow up to two (2) weeks for order processing before shipment

  • This two-week period reflects our current production backorder

  • Processing time does not include shipping transit time

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this production timeline.


Shipping Time & Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

  • Domestic (U.S.): [X–Y business days]

  • International: [X–Y business days], depending on destination

Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.


Shipping Carriers

Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or equivalent carriers, selected at our discretion based on destination and package size.


Tracking Information

Once your order ships, tracking details will be emailed to you.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

We are not liable for packages that are:

  • Lost during transit

  • Delayed by the carrier

  • Damaged during shipping

Once an order has been handed off to the shipping carrier, responsibility transfers to the carrier and the customer.

We recommend contacting the carrier directly to file a claim if your package is lost or damaged. We will provide documentation upon request when available.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.

Orders returned or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional shipping fees.


International Shipping

International shipments may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in shipping costs.
